Abstract:Focusing on distribution characteristics of mineral resources in Sichuan Province, mine remote sensing monitoring was conducted and a series of relatively integrated and mature methods on mine remote sensing monitoring were built, including selection of remote sensing data source, processing of remote sensing images, extraction of remote sensing information, filed validation and mapping. Choosing optical satellite data as main resources, with the help of aerospace optical data, Radar data and UAV data, based on orthogonal rectification, geometric registration, data fusion and other image preprocessing, a series of interpretation keys including mining surface, mine construction, waste dump, tailings reservoir, concentrator, landslide and debris flow were built. Using visual interpretation with the help of computer automatic extraction and filed validation, geological environmental evaluation system and GIS quantitative evaluation methods were built, and geological environmental evaluation was conducted. Combining remote sensing monitoring with conventional geological environmental investigation, the research of comprehensive governance was conducted and these results achieved are as follows:①The background database of provincial mine resources exploitation environment is built for the first time, which provides basic data for the dynamic monitoring on exploitation environment and digital management on land resources. ②The results of monitoring has played an important part in mining law execution by using remote sensing image, environmental management in mines, mineral resources planning and other land resources managements. It has became an vital reference of mineral management in Sichuan Province.③The research on technique and methods of remote sensing monitoring on mines is conducted, and a series of methods of remote sensing monitoring on mines which is suitable for mountain area in southwest of Sichuan Province is formed.
