Ⅰ.Requirements on Manuscripts

　Authors should carefully read the Rules for Writing Manuscripts on journal’s website, and write or revise their manuscripts according to the relevant requirements.

Ⅱ. Submission Instructions

   1. Geological Survey of China adopts online submission. The official website of the online submission system is www.zgdzdcbjb.com, find Office Online in the website, and click Submission Online, then fill your personal information and enter the user page, if this is you first time to submit, you need to register. Click the Submission Guide, you will see the Article Confirming Order. Then follow the guide and finish the Article Confirming Order, and it would show success when you apply all the information, you can check the progress anytime.

　2. After receiving the manuscript, the editorial office will process it within 1 month. Authors could log into this website at any time to check the review status and related information of their manuscripts. Once the Editorial Office starts to process the manuscript, the authors are no longer allowed to modify the manuscript. Only after the Editorial Office has returned the manuscript for revision, authors could modify it. Authors must not use the submission function to submit the modified manuscript again, otherwise it would be regarded as a new manuscript and the existing review results will be invalid. However, the author information of an article can be modified at any time via the online submission system. If there is any change in the authors’ personal information or contact information, please update it in time.

　3. If authors didn’t receive the acceptance notification from the Editorial Office in 3 months after submission, they would have the right to submit their articles to other journals. The authors warrant that the work submitted is an original work and does not infringe the copyright of a third party, otherwise the liability arising therefrom shall be borne by the author.

　4. The paper submitted would firstly reviewed by the Editorial Office, then through peer expert review, rechecked by the Editorial Office and finally approved by the executive editor. At the time of submission, the authors can recommend 2 to 3 reviewers with titles above associate senior (including associate senior) in related majors, and can also put forward a list of avoidance experts that may affect the impartiality of the review.

　5.The authors’ copyright fee and remuneration will be paid in one lump sum. If the Editorial Office publishes the paper in other forms, the authors will no longer be paid.

   6.The charging standard for the article processing charge is 400 yuan per page.
